This position answers and routes all incoming phone calls, takes messages, and greets and assists incoming customers as needed. Other duties include preparation of invoices for mailing, filing, and administrative support to the Residential and Commercial Sales departments.
Successful people in this position are professional, highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and are committed to a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
At least one year work experience in an office environment.
Must have reception experience working with multiple phone lines.
Strong telephone and customer service skills.
Knowledge of building materials preferred.
Salary Range: $11.00 to $13.00/ hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
