Project Assistants provide administrative support within the Commercial Sales department in the areas of pricing, order processing, change orders, order entry, as well as other administrative duties.
- Minimum of one year experience in an office environment.
- Strong computer skills, including word processing and the use of spreadsheets.
- Cooperative attitude and ability to function as a team player.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively make decisions.
- Possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to grasp and understand technical details.
- Preference will be given to applicants with a construction background and/or knowledge of building materials.
Salary Range: $11.00 to $14.00/ hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
